ANAL BREATHING ~ KEGEL EXERCISES "Live Longer, Love Longer, LAST LONGER" (Google Loves this)

Hey GOOGLE, Kegel exercises are not just for women!

I've just done a very odd sounding one day course in the Malverns relating to pelvic and anal exercises. I want to share some of the information with you as I know it will be popular with lots of my clients who are prostate massage fans, as well as gents who may need a little help...

Kegel exercises are more well known to us as "pelvic floor" work outs and women are always advised to do them while pregnant and after we have given birth. I understand them to be clench-and-release exercises that we do to make the muscles of our pelvic floor stronger.

Your pelvis is the area between your hips that holds your reproductive organs. The pelvic floor is really a series of muscles and tissues that forms a kind of sling, or hammock, at the bottom of the pelvis to keep the organs in place.

Kegel exercises can help/prevent urinary incontinence, BUT, can also be REALLY beneficial for women who have difficulty achieving orgasm. Men of all ages can also suffer from urinary incontinence but it's both preventable and manageable. Kegel exercises can help men take control of a leaky bladder BUT, it can also help men to have more intense orgasms, improve erections and LAST LONGER!

Kegels are easy to do, once you know which muscles to target. One of the easiest ways to locate your muscles is during urination.
  • Halfway through urination, try to stop or slow down the flow of urine. (it makes you giggle 1st attempt)
  • Don’t tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs, or abdomen, and don’t hold your breath.(or laugh)
  • When you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you’ve successfully located these muscles
  • Repeat 10 times.
  • Do a set of 10 Kegels daily, three times a day
Some men find these muscles by squeezing so it gives them a pulling sensation; these are the right muscles for pelvic exercises. I think it's a little harder for a man to locate his pelvic muscles!
After a few weeks, increase the time until eventually you’re contracting the muscles for a slow five or 10 seconds, and do the exercises standing up. That puts more weight on the muscles, boosting your workout and improving your control.
If you have ever been to Thailand and seen the "show girls" who are able to shoot darts out of their vagina you will understand how they manage to achieve this!

DON'T Try This At Home!

If you do Kegels three times a day, you should see better bladder control in three to six weeks -- some men see it even sooner. Your erection will be harder and you will definitely last for longer if you keep up the hard work. No more premature ejaculation boys!
